Customer Service

Physical Plant Customer Service receives, documents, and directs all maintenance and departmental service requests to the appropriate shops. Three to five customer service representatives are available during regular business hours to receive all incoming work requests. Work requests may be initiated by campus customers, Physical Plant personnel, or other sources.
