Administrative Team

The Physical Plant Administrative Team is responsible for the governance, safety, and efficiency of more than 700 diverse employees. The team provides direction and oversight of the activities involved with the safe and efficient delivery of utility, operations, maintenance, and campus renovation services while ensuring the safe, efficient operation and well-being of more than 350 facilities on campus.

This team of professionals directs this 24x365 operation, striving to maintain and provide a safe and operationally capable campus under the guidance of the FP&M mission: Providing excellence in facilities and services for our university community.

In addition, this team serves as prime representatives and advocates for associated services and operational interests of the department. The Administrative Team directs the activities of the department through operational programs, policies, and procedures that comply with the overall mission of the University.
